(MBSR) Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

8 weeks program on Monday • From April 5 to May 24 • 2021
9:00 am-11:30 am (First session is 3 hours)
Explore and Improve awareness. Increase resilience. Reduce stress. 

Learn the principles of mindfulness, leading to increased focus, self and situational awareness, 
improve overall health, memory and emotional regulation, well-being and relationships.

 $465 USD
What do I need? mask, yoga mat, blankets, water and whatever you need to feel comfortable.
What is included? Guided instruction in mindfulness movement and meditation. Inquiry exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life. Group dialogue. Weekly  assignments with guided audio files and worksheets. Retreat and detox day Saturday, May 15. 
Certificate of Completion.

Psychiatrist doctor who has worked with families, senior citizens and refugees in Korea. Helen integrates her practice with Mindfulness interventions. As a psychiatrist and a working mom she saw a lot of stress in her patients as well as within herself.  Helen  finds mindfulness to be a wonderful tool that promotes wellbeing, awareness and wisdom we all have within.
