Healing Process

It is amazing when someone comes to me at the end of the class and tells me: "Sofia, I was not able to walk without my cane and look at me! Thanks!". I always say: "It is not me, it is you! Thank you! This healing process is the result of your commitment and discipline to come to the class, to learn to be.
What is te most difficult part of a class? The most tricky part is to be able to show up! Once you are there I will invite you to be there and let go.
The healing process will happen only if you are OPEN to it.
